CLASH OF THE TITANS

1) Who are the Titans?
The titans were the gods
2) Are the any interesting motifs you see frequently appearing (Eg. Lightning bolts)? How do you interpret their meaning? Can you name a modern version, of this motif, used today?
Pillars- represent zeus and his strength
Wings- freedom
Swords-
Lighting/Thunder- was a gift from the cyclops to zeus
3) Is your Greek character in the movie? If so, does the film's interpretation match your research?
Not sure if the Cyclops was seen in the movie, however there was some sort of one eye creature which helped Perseus on his mission to kill medusa.
5) Are any of the characters, in the movie, related (Eg. a mother or father, wife or husband, brother or sister) to your Greek myth? If so, how?
Zeus set the cyclops free, and in turn they gave him the gift of lighting and thunder
6) Is their a constellation of stars named after your Greek character?
Ara, a constellation of stars, was identified as the altar, made by the Cyclops, where the gods first made offerings and formed an alliance when they were about to fight the Titans.
7) How is Medusa killed? Does your Greek character have a weakness?
Medusa wad killed by Perseus, by cutting off medusa's head with the sword.
Cyclops weakness is stabbing them in the eye, Odysseus did this, as it was the only way to escape them. Cyclops may also have a weakness in his perception, as he only had the one eye.
